Our goal is to make sure we provide the service you need, not more, not less. Thus, we typically spend at least an hour and more as needed and based on your availability to get to know you and your environment. From there, we establish a series of steps in manageable pieces and develop a Statement of Work to delineate the work we will perform and the output you can expect. Once signed, we begin with the first step we have outlined.

In order to have a viable, ethical and growing business, companies need to be able to show their track record in meeting the regulations that affect their business. Today, you really can’t do business without being able to show you are compliant to those key regulations impacting you. If you are a B to B business, you may find yourself having to sign on to compliance requirements before even pursuing an RFP response as an example.
Being the first to comply, for example, achieving Joint Surveillance Voluntary Assessment yields a NIST-High assessment certification from DoD that will convert to a Level 2 CMMC certification when rule making completes. This is considered a major plus as the DoD will enter the score in SPRS giving you a leg up in competition for a DoD contract.
